Janine Lampprecht is an entrepreneur. A few months ago, after years of searching, she bought a finca in the north of Mallorca. The property is currently worth more than one million euros.
The property of the finca measures 35,000 square meters. The living space of 170 square meters is to be expanded again in the near future by an extension of 140 square meters.
In an interview with Business Insider, the 38-year-old not only explains how she discovered the property. She also reveals what plans there are for the finca.
The setting is picturesque. By the large pool, olive trees provide some shade for the sun loungers. And in the distance there is a natural landscape. Janine Lampprecht’s finca is located on a small hill in the middle. The 38-year-old bought the property on Mallorca, which is currently worth more than one million euros, a few months ago.
The entrepreneur has thus fulfilled another wish in her life. Janine Lamprecht enjoys doing this, fulfilling her wishes. She first sets herself a goal and then does everything she can to achieve it. She works hard for these wishes. This is how the woman from near Stuttgart became self-employed about ten years ago. “I was originally motivated by the desire to have more than 30 days of vacation a year,” she says with a laugh.

The 38-year-old discovered customs as a topic and niche for herself through a “happy coincidence”. Your company is called Border controllers. “We focus on customs issues in a B2B context,” explains the boss, who now has more than 25 employees. Before her dream, the entrepreneur worked for seven years in an aircraft yard in a medium-sized company. “I enjoyed it, but somehow I wanted more.”
Janine Lampprecht thrives as a self-employed person. “I am a passionate entrepreneur,” she says. The former triathlete finds balance from work through sport as well as traveling. With her husband, who is also self-employed, she has traveled a lot around the world in recent years.

In 2021, the couple spent six weeks in Mallorca – “when our daughter was just three months old,” says the mother of two children. The costs for this were incredibly high. “That gave us the idea of perhaps buying something of our own in order to benefit from the increase in value and at the same time avoid the high rental costs,” the entrepreneur remembers her initial thoughts.
The couple now owns a large finca in Mallorca, which is currently worth more than one million euros. Janine Lampprecht also made this wish come true – although it was anything but easy. Why? The 38-year-old told us this. It also provides insight into the family’s short and long term plans for the finca.
