Yinhua Launches A50 ETF Fund, Focusing on Core Leading A-Share Companies

Investors have a new opportunity to focus on the investment value of core leading A-share companies with large market capitalization, as Yinhua launches its A50 ETF fund (159592) today. The fund will closely track the CSI A50 Index (930050.CSI), which is known as the “new benchmark for core assets” and “leading effect capturer”, potentially providing investors with high-quality core leading assets.

The CSI A50 Index selects the 50 securities with the largest market capitalization from the securities of leading listed companies in various industries as index samples. The index provides a balanced structure and lower industry concentration, better reflecting the overall situation of the A-share market.

The total market value of the index is 13.07 trillion yuan, with the median market value of the constituent stocks at 148.211 billion yuan. Among the 50 constituent stocks, 37 companies have a market value of 100 billion yuan, demonstrating the focus on leading stocks with large market capitalization.

The index covers industry, finance, consumption, medicine, raw materials, information technology, and other fields, providing a broad representation of the overall market opportunities of China’s new economy.

Additionally, the CSI A50 Index boasts a significant net profit growth, strong profitability, and a valuation advantage with large upside potential. The current price-to-earnings ratio of the index is only 14.06 times, at a low of 14.29% since its listing.

As China’s economy enters a stage of high-quality development and industry concentration continues to increase, industry leaders represented by the CSI A50 Index are expected to continue to benefit. The launch of the A50 ETF fund (159592) is aimed at providing investors with a new tool to deploy core assets and industry leaders.
