The workplace is often one of the places in society where several generations come together under one roof. This brings with it great opportunities, for example the transfer of knowledge, but also harbors the potential for conflict – especially in Germany.
Difficult, leisure-oriented or even work-shy: not all clichés about the young generation are true.
