Heat Planning Act: Anger at the government’s next rush plan

It was only three weeks ago that the Federal Constitutional Court stopped the Building Energy Act in the Bundestag in summary proceedings. The main reason given by the judges was the short time that the traffic light government had given MPs to deliberate on the updated draft law. Associations had also complained.

Now the federal government seems to be making the same mistake again, only this time with the new heat planning law.
