Workforce growth, user interactions with companies and their employees, interest of job seekers in these startups, and the ability to attract talent. These are the 4 aspects surveyed by LinkedIn to reach the Top Startups Italy where a fintech, Banca AideXa, was positioned in first place this year, followed by Poke house and Casavo. The ranking is the result of the analysis of the activities carried out on the LinkedIn platform, including job searches and views of company pages, by the more than 774 million LinkedIn members worldwide, including over 15 million professionals Italians. Michele Pierri, news editor of LinkedIn News Italia observes that “this year’s Top Startups Italy ranking confirms on the one hand the strong charge of technological innovation that characterizes several of the main Italian startups, and on the other highlights how they respond effectively to some of the new needs dictated by the ‘new normal’ imposed by the pandemic, which has called into question our way of working and living ». Going to see the specific activities carried out by the start-ups that have ended up in the top ten, it can in fact be said that what they have in common is the fact that they are “Italian companies that, from a difficult moment, have been able to seize new opportunities to develop their business and confirm of this, we find in our 2021 list some interesting realities already awarded last year », continues Pierri. However, the ranking is not just that. It also represents “a useful reference for those who are looking for work and want to know dynamic and growing realities that are looking for talents with which to strengthen their teams”, says Pierri.
