Mondadori Group: green light from Antitrust for the acquisition of 50% of Dea Planeta Libri

The Mondadori Group received notification from the Antitrust Authority of the authorization for the acquisition from De Agostini Editore of a 50% stake in the share capital of DeA Planeta Libri, a transaction communicated last November 22nd.

The authorization of the Antitrust Authority, the note reads, determines the fulfillment of the condition precedent affixed to the purchase and sale agreement of the shareholding, which will consequently have full execution on the closing date, expected by March, starting from which the company will take the name of De Agostini Libri.
