Start of the week with the turbo for oil, which after a jump of 8% between Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 – a record since November – on Wednesday 25 marked a further increase of about 1%. Brent traded back to around $ 71 a barrel and WTI regained $ 68, almost completely erasing the long trail of declines that had lasted for seven consecutive sessions.
