According to the provisions of the “Fund Contract”, after the “Fund Contract” takes effect, if the number of fund unit holders is less than 200 or the net asset value of the fund is less than 50 million yuan for 20 consecutive working days, the fund manager shall report in the periodic report To be disclosed; if the foregoing situation occurs for 50 consecutive working days, the “Fund Contract” will be terminated and the fund assets will be liquidated, and there is no need to hold a holders meeting. At the same time, the fund manager should perform relevant regulatory reports and information disclosure procedures.
