Salarify brings to Italy theearned wage access (EWA): the service to access the salary accrued but not yet paid

In a working world that yes it is gradually transformed over decades and which has undergone sudden accelerations – during the pandemic, with the increase in smart working and the search for a balance between life and work – a I wait And remained identical to himself throughout the last century: the method of paying salary. The monthly cadence – typical of our country – seems to no longer be suitable for the contemporary scenario: context made more complicated by high levels of inflation, fixed wages and the consequent difficulty in dealing with any sudden expenses during the month.

The revolution comes from fintech: it’s called EWA – earned wage accessliterally “early access to salary” – and brings it to Italy for the first time Salarify, startup Italian-Hungarian founded by Bence Radák and Paolo Petrolini in 2019. The Salarify offer is aimed at companies: these are the ones that will provide their employees with the EWA as a financial benefit, thanks to the integration of the service into the payroll management platform. Employees will then be able to access the Salarify Pay app, register with their tax code, select the employer and the amount to withdraw and in a few clicks access their salary at any time. This is not an advance or a loan, but literally flexible and personalized access to your earned income: an opportunity that works as a safety net in the event of sudden expenses but also as a digital wallet and as a financial planning tool.
