The first public-private partnership project between Inps, Inarcassa and Enpap in the senior living sector was born today, through the development of residences for the elderly in Italy.

Senior housing, explains INPS, expresses a new concept of residentiality, with apartments rented to self-sufficient elderly people and provided with common services, such as health services, laundries, common areas of use, assistance and transport, environments for sports and recreational, etc. All inserted in urban locations, possibly of value, where people can enjoy a good quality of life.

“I am proud of this project for the development of innovative social infrastructures that will allow us to respond, in an efficient and widespread manner, to the socio-demographic trends of our country – commented the president Pasquale Tridico – Also with this operation the institute acts as a pivot by coagulating other reality in an investment for welfare, in a strategic sector such as the silver economy and linking it to a high-quality social objective to guarantee the elderly a context of welfare and care, as well as sociality “.
