Green maintenance in extreme conditions. This is the target of the US acquisition of the Hti group, which through the subsidiary Prinoth acquires 100% of the capital of Jarraff Industries. Founded in 1979 in St Peter, Minnesota, the company specializes in the design, construction and marketing of technologically advanced machinery for landscaping in complex areas, such as near gas pipelines, high voltage or railway lines, or on land as inaccessible as mountains and swamps. With a turnover of 60 million dollars and a reference market that focuses mainly on the US, it is currently one of the key suppliers for large public green maintenance companies close to the main infrastructures. He adds this specialization to Prinoth’s business, which focuses on snow groomers, tracked vehicles, vegetation maintenance.

The new acquisition will be led by Alessandro Ferrari, who has headed the Prinoth North American branch since 2016.
