With the end of the emergency, workers and companies are asking for clear and stable rules to be able to adapt the law and society to the new needs. The time is ripe to carry out this reform. Telework, smart working, agile work: in the last two years, in the daily routine and also in common language, a series of innovations have been imposed that have to do with work, with welfare, with family organization and more generally with the everyday life of millions of people. Changes that affect the whole of society, from the transport system to the energy transition, from the environment, to food and therefore to health.

After a partial legislative and contractual regulation, the matter needs to be dealt with organically by Parliament and implemented by collective bargaining. The objective of the conference is precisely to suggest these new rules to arrive at a proposal document that will then be delivered to the legislator.
