Superbonus simplifications: just the Cila and ok for the new lifts

The decree with the Simplifications (and the governance of the NRP) is in force. From 1 June, the legitimate status of the properties is no longer required for the Superbonus, neither for condominiums nor for work on single-family apartments. Times and bureaucratic burdens have been halved. The Cila will be sufficient for all interventions except demolition and reconstruction.
