The new national trade union agreement signed with Femca Cisl and Filctem Cgil, in force until 2024, involves workers from all Italian offices: Marcon, Forlì, Montemarciano and Latisana. Among the guidelines, the premium for participation in company growth stands out, which the Group has provided for each employee of up to 4 thousand euros. The bonus is variable and subject to the achievement and improvement of three objectives: growth in company turnover, efficiency understood as the Ebitda / turnover ratio and the number of product complaints. “We are convinced that the well-being of our employees not only improves business productivity. but it can have a positive impact on the whole society – comments Mariluce Geremia, vice president and head of Human Resources -. This is why we continue to propose an advanced welfare package that can concretely respond to needs, rewarding commitment and professionalism. For the first time, we have provided a solidarity contribution – with a 5% increase on the production bonus – for all workers who will carry out activities in local voluntary associations in their free time ». San Marco Group in the past has created business areas for free time and groups of people to do physical activity together (suspended in the pandemic). Now in agreement with the trade unions it has redefined and expanded the offer of welfare services and initiatives. In addition to confirming the bank of solidarity hours – with the possibility of donating their holidays to colleagues who need it – and regulating the agile working method, the parties have agreed to implement the flexibility of hours between more or less intense periods : in this way the company will always be able to respond promptly to market requests and workers will be able to benefit from the accumulated hours of flexibility in periods of less activity. There are also measures to support workers’ families, including scholarships for the most deserving students. Furthermore, in support of workers who want to get away from smoking, the company will activate a dedicated project by providing specialized figures.
