Triboo: strong growth in revenues and ebitda in the first 9 months of 2021

First nine months of the year with double-digit growth in revenues and margins for Triboo, a group active in the digital sector and listed on the MTA market of the Italian Stock Exchange. Consolidated revenues at 30 September 2021 they amounted to 67.1 million euros, an increase of 28% compared to the 52.4 million euros at 30 September 2020.

L’Consolidated EBITDA is up by 21% (8 million euros compared to 6.6 million euros at 30 September 2020).

The net financial position of the Group at 30 September 2021 is negative for 10.8 million euros, substantially unchanged compared to 10.7 million euros at 30 June 2020. Net debt at 30 September 2021 essentially refers to financial payables for rentals and leasing, accounted for in compliance with the international accounting standard IFRS 16, for € 8.9 million, and payables for put / earn out options for € 1.4 million.

At the level of individual SAAs, T-Commerce records revenues of 40.9 million euros with an EBITDA of 6.3 million euros, T-Mediahouse it closes the first nine months of the year with revenues of € 9.2 million with a margin of € 570 thousand while T-Agency recorded revenues of € 18 million and an EBITDA of € 1.1 million.
