Tunisia: millionaire contract signed in favor of the cereal supply chain with Aics funds

by admin

In recent days, the headquarters of the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (Aics) in Tunis hosted the signing of an important contract to support the Tunisian cereal sector.

Four entities identified by the Cereals Office have signed agreements for a total value of approximately 8.7 million euros, to cover the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 cereal campaigns, and aimed at supporting more than 3,000 Tunisian cereal producers.

This initiative is part of the ambition of the Adapt Cereals programme, with the financial support of the European Union and Aics in collaboration with the World Food Program (WFP). [Da Redazione InfoAfrica]
