Two companies from the People’s Republic of China have committed to creating a special economic zone in Zambia with an investment value of $5 billion. The Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) announced this on its Facebook page, specifying that the project envisages the creation of 10,000 jobs in 10 years.
It was not specified in which part of the country the project is planned to be implemented.
