A house instead of a caravan, here is the incredible Eco Tiny House

ROME – What if instead of the caravan we attach a house directly to the hook of the car? Other than luxurious motorhomes with whirlpool and solarium. Here we are talking about a real villa, in a minimal style that makes you think so much of Ikea, but still a villa. The idea is from Eco Tiny House, a company born in 2017 in Transylvania, precisely in Csíkszereda / Miercurea-Ciuc, which has launched a range of sustainable houses, made with strictly natural materials.

To ensure that the trailer house can be used in all seasons and has good thermal insulation, the company has chosen to use fir laminated beams for both the internal part of the walls and the roof. The floor, on the other hand, is made up of several layers including aluminum, polystyrene, plywood but also of two films, a heat-reflecting one and a heating one in carbon fiber. On top of these materials, a wooden parquet is fixed to create the atmosphere of a typical mountain chalet living room.

For the same reasons, the external part has a heat-treated pine cladding, while the wooden window frames have the task of avoiding as much heat loss as possible. Once the work is completed, the house is fixed on a towable frame in galvanized steel with two axles made by Vlemmix, a partner of the company, which can be attached to the car like a normal caravan.

“Eco Tiny House is not just a house, it is a value and a future,” explains company CEO Szakacs Botond. “Living in a small space with a big heart is a new lifestyle. Life always begins with stepping out of your comfort zone. Our teamwork helps us to grow every day and to bring happiness and smiles to people’s faces “.

The range of Eco Tiny House is varied. The smallest is the Refuge, only 11.5 square meters, while the largest has been baptized Lincoln, and reaches up to 25. Once inside it really feels like being in a mountain chalet, surrounded by wood and wood. a modern and elegant furniture. Depending on the size, the capacity also varies, reaching up to 6 beds, and for some models there is also an upper floor which leads to an internal staircase.

In perfect Ikea style, Eco Tiny House provides an assembly kit, dedicated to those who have a place to assemble everything and who want to save on assembly costs. But in reality the latter are the ace in the hole of the company: it starts from a minimum of 20,000 to reach a maximum of 45,000 euros. Which for a villa, no matter how small, is very little.
