China Railway Chengdu Bureau Group Co., Ltd. has announced the completion of the final intelligent system debugging for the Shifang “Panda Train,” a high-end boutique tourist train. The train, which uses “Panda” as its design theme, features interior and exterior decorations that fully display regional cultural characteristics.
The “Panda Special Train” consists of 17 vehicles with a total capacity of 466 seats. This includes 3 premium soft sleepers, 10 premium hard sleepers, 1 dining car, 1 multifunctional entertainment vehicle, 1 camping vehicle, and 1 power generation vehicle. The premium soft sleeper boasts 6 private rooms equipped with sofas, round tables, wardrobes, TVs, pagers, and charging sockets, offering a high-end experience comparable to a hotel. Additionally, the train also features KTV private rooms for entertainment.
