Mansion of Ariana Grande Sold to Bad Bunny for $8.3 Million
It has been revealed that the mansion of American artist and actress Ariana Grande has been sold for $8.3 million to Puerto Rican artist Bad Bunny. This purchase marks a significant decrease in asking price compared to the $8.9 million Grande paid for the private home less than two years ago.
Bad Bunny’s new home is a cabin-sized structure located in the Bird Streets neighborhood of Los Angeles. The property consists of three adjoining parcels of land perched on a steep hillside, boasting breathtaking views. The structure itself is a low-rise cabin built in 1946, encompassing less than 1,600 square feet of living space, with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms.
The cabin was reportedly completely renovated around 2020, boasting a charming style that combines rustic and contemporary elements. Additionally, the property features a spacious outdoor patio, an attached two-car garage, and a dark bottom pool.
While details and photos of the sale are scarce as it was a private off-the-market deal, it is known that Bad Bunny also owns a larger property in the Hollywood Hills, purchased for nearly $9 million last year.
In other news, Ariana Grande has announced her return to the music scene in 2024 after spending time on her makeup brand “rem beauty.” The singer shared a tearful video on her social media platforms, confirming that she is working on her seventh studio album titled “Victorious.”
Ariana Grande’s last studio album was “Positions,” released in 2020, with a deluxe version coming out just one year later. Her fans can look forward to her new single “Yes, And?” as she prepares to make her comeback next year.
