A BATHING APE®︎ Collaborates with BlackEyePatch for New Joint Series
In an exciting collaboration, A BATHING APE®︎ has joined forces with Tokyo street brand BlackEyePatch to create their first-ever joint series. The partnership draws inspiration from the street culture of the late 1990s to the early 20th century, combining BAPE®︎’s classic products with BlackEyePatch’s distinctive Tokyo underground style.
The new joint series will feature BlackEyePatch’s signature logo and slogans like “HANDLE WITH CARE” alongside BAPE®︎’s iconic ape camouflage and STA logo. This collaboration will introduce a unique visual design with a focus on creating a joint pattern for the collection. The lineup includes ski jackets, shark hoodies, crew neck sweatshirts, shirts, jeans, short-sleeved T-shirts, trucker hats, and BABY MILO®︎ dolls. Notably, the short-sleeved T-shirts and trucker caps will showcase the BAPE®︎ COLLEGE logo with “BLACK EYE PATCH” printed.
Fans can look forward to the official launch of the A BATHING APE®︎ x BlackEyePatch joint series on March 23. The collection will be available through the brand’s major channels, inviting enthusiasts to explore the unique collaboration between the two streetwear giants.
Adding to the excitement, the commercial for the joint series will feature six emerging rap stars from Japan – EYDEN, BONBERO, CANDEE, KANEEE, KOHJIYA, and ELLE TERESA. These artists are at the forefront of the country’s music scene, bringing a fresh perspective to the collaboration.
