Cultural Heritage, architect Martinez is the new Superintendent of Syracuse

Syracuse – The architect Salvatore “Savi” Martinez is the new superintendent for the cultural and environmental heritage of Syracuse. This morning the general manager of the Department of Cultural Heritage and Sicilian Identity, Sergio Alessandro, signed the appointment decree. Martinez, from Syracuse, until yesterday president of the Urega Commission of Syracuse, succeeds the architect Donatella Aprile, who in the meantime went to lead the Superintendency of Catania, Martinez, graduated in Architecture in 1986 at the La Sapienza University of Rome, has held many assignments of design and construction management as part of his activity within the Civil Engineering Department, he was involved in the restoration of historical and monumental assets, he was tender commissioner for the Port Authority of Augusta.
