Easter lunch – Panelaterapia

Last year I wasn’t able to spend Easter lunch with my family, but I made some codfish that at the time people on Insta were curious to know if it was good. I did it at the time because I was also curious, especially because there’s no chemistry, it’s just cod and I add the usual seasonings (olive oil, olives, onion, salt, parsley, chives, dill, coriander and garlic).

This cod comes frozen, but it goes straight from the freezer to the oven. Just remove the outer packaging and place it in the oven in the cellophane bag it comes in.

After an hour, just serve, I hope you have it again this year because it is very practical!

Too Easy Recipe

I hope to find this practicality this year.

I did it a little differently, because while the cod was in the oven I cooked some sliced potatoes and some broccoli florets. But be careful not to overcook, leave it firm. Then I watered the bottom of a refractory with olive oil and spread 1 sliced onion. On top of them, a pepper, but in very thin slices, I finished with the sliced potatoes. I then sprinkled salt and black pepper.

Attention to the details

To prevent it from drying out, after 40 minutes I removed the cod from the oven and cut it into large pieces, then placed it in the ovenproof dish on top of the potatoes, added the broccoli florets, the olives and sprinkled everything with some of the seasoning that remained in the cellophane bag. where the cod was roasted. I covered it with aluminum foil and finally put it in the oven for another 30 minutes (but pay close attention to avoid overcooking and drying out)

It’s delicious

You need to make it for your Easter Lunch

Guys, I thought it was VERY good, as it has a really nice size and height, but the best part is that it feeds 4 people who eat well!

I also thought it was less salty and more moist, but I liked it for that reason.

I’m not crazy about cod and usually I can only eat a piece because I find the flavor very strong, in this case I ate a lot, I really liked it!!!

For me it’s super approved, I could say that I recommend it to those who don’t have experience in desalting cod and such, but in reality, I recommend it to anyone.

Super practical and really good quality! But pay attention to the olive oil because I thought it lacked a more striking oil in the seasoning.
