Shen Yun Performance Leaves Financial Advisor and Husband in Awe
Financial advisor Kathleen Rowe and her husband Kai Rowe were left speechless after watching Shen Yun North America’s second local performance at the Orpheum Theater in Phoenix, USA on February 14, 2024.
The couple, who have been eagerly awaiting Shen Yun for five years, were blown away by the energy and beauty displayed in the performance. “The energy and beauty displayed by Shen Yun’s performance are simply incredible. It is definitely worth watching,” Kathleen Rowe said in an interview with The Epoch Times reporter Jiang Li.
Kathleen, who has a deep affinity for Asian culture after living in Japan for five years, was particularly drawn to the 5,000 years of history showcased in the performance before the communist regime. “I like Chinese history, but the most attractive reason why I want to watch it is that it has a history of 5,000 years before communism. Traditional China,” she explained.
The dance drama in Shen Yun’s performance, which depicted practitioners adhering to their faith, deeply moved Kathleen. She was inspired by the message of standing up for one’s beliefs and the resilience of the Chinese people. “Shen Yun allows us to see that people are still willing to stand up for their beliefs and beliefs, and there is still a small group of Chinese people who are speaking out to the world.
