To celebrate the 150th anniversary of the top home furnishing brand Fritz Hansen from Denmark, the brand announced today to create a co-branded round stool with fragment design led by Hiroshi Fujiwara.
Hiroshi Fujiwara, who often cooperates with various parties, this is the first time he has cooperated to create furniture. Based on the Dot Stool designed by the brand Arne Jacobsen, the collaboration is available in black and brown and is limited to 150 pieces each. The minimally designed stools feature laser-engraved logos of both parties on a nubuck leather base, the first time Arne Jacobsen’s Dot Stool has used laser-engraving techniques, and the back of the base will eventually feature the respective stool’s limited number on the back.
Fragment design x Fritz Hansen joint furniture will be on sale at FRITZ HANSEN TOKYO stores on September 1, priced at ¥44,000, interested readers may wish to pay more attention.
