Intercos and Dolce & Gabbana have finalized the commercial agreement for the development and production of fragrances and other body and hair products that will support the
active collaboration for years between the fashion brand – which after thirty years, on 31 December last, decided to bring the beauty business within it by closing the licensing agreement with Shisiedo and creating the Dolce & Gabbana Beauty company which assumes the direct control of production, distribution and sales – and the cosmetics company of Agrate Brianza which closed 2021 with revenues of 673.7 million euros, up 11.1%, and Ebitda at 101.1 million (+ 16.3%).
The contract has a five-year duration until 31 December 2027 and will entail an additional turnover for Intercos starting mainly from 2023.
