Llaryora closed an agreement with the state companies below inflation and with non-remunerative sums

Within hours of the national strike, and while the national government threatens the governors to cut national transfers if their deputies do not approve the omnibus law, the Province and the Public Employees Union (SEP) signed the first salary agreement of the year, which will govern for three months.

The agreement differentiates the assets of retirees and pensioners, and the remuneration amounts are 50 percent below inflation.

In January, active workers will receive a 10 percent increase on all remunerative salary components and a non-remunerative bonus of 40 thousand; while retirees and pensioners will have the same percentage and 15 thousand non-remunerative pesos.

These amounts will be credited with January salaries, that is, from next week.

For the month of February, the increase will be 50 percent of the Consumer Price Index (CPI), always on all remunerative salary components, plus a non-remunerative amount of 40 thousand pesos.

The liabilities will receive the same “blank” percentage, although the non-remunerative sum will be 15 thousand pesos.

For March, 50 percent of the CPI is maintained as the criterion for the increase, but there is a difference in the non-remunerative amounts: it will be 50 thousand pesos for active people and 15 thousand for retirees and pensioners.

The SEP, which approved the agreement this Tuesday at noon, reported that at the end of the first quarter there will be a review of the agreement and the non-remunerative sums will become the “blank” salary.
