Ninell Sobiecka is the new president and CEO of L’Oréal Italia. She takes over from Emmanuel Goulin who joins the Group Executive Committee as President of Global Travel Retail. Sobiecka will take office on January 1, 2024.

He brings with him a wealth of experience gained over 25 years of professional development in six countries. Born in Poland, she began her career in 1997, holding increasing positions in major multinational companies. In 2005 you joined L’Oréal as marketing manager for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Switzerland. You took on key roles as Vichy marketing manager in Germany and later as Vichy general manager in Russia. Her path then led to her appointment as general manager of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty in Russia.

In 2016, she was appointed general manager of L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty for Asia Pacific. She launched the division in several countries, digitized the business model and strongly grew the e-commerce and medical channel. In 2021 she returned to Russia and took on the role of deputy general manager responsible for the Consumer Products Division and in 2023 was appointed president and CEO for Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
