Much more than an ambassador or a testimonial. Renzo Rosso will use his knowledge of made in Italy – starting with textiles-fashion-clothing – and his energy to make a contribution to the revival of the economy of our country. The president of Confindustria Carlo Bonomi has appointed the founder of Diesel and president of the Otb group, Delegate of the association for «Excellence, beauty and taste of Italian brands». The delegation to Renzo Rosso joins those already entrusted by President Bonomi last June to Gianfelice Rocca as Advisor for Life sciences, to Stefan Pan as Delegate for Europe and to Aurelio Regina for Energy.

An image of our productions – explained Carlo Bonomi – which at the same time nourishes and conveys the love for Italy and the attractiveness of our country. I am proud to be able to count on the energy and pragmatism of Renzo Rosso who, with his entrepreneurial history of absolute success and international prestige, will be a valid ambassador of Italian brands and it will offer a significant contribution to strategic and no longer postponable choices that we are all called to take to relaunch our economy, in Europe and in the world

Commitment that “goes beyond” fashion

A new challenge accepted by Renzo Rosso, also thanks to the resilience shown by his group during the pandemic. “Made in Italy is a fundamental asset of our country – commented the entrepreneur – and the strength of this asset comes from the many entrepreneurial realities that carry on a unique and unrepeatable tradition. I thank President Bonomi for his trust, I am ready to give my contribution and my experience, and I count on the support of the many prestigious Italian brands ».
