New acquisition for Naturalia Tantum, a company active in the cosmetics and natural integration market, which has signed a new agreement for the acquisition of 100% of Togethair, a division of Specchiasol that deals with coloring and haircare for professional salons.
The promoters of the project are Assietta Private Equity, an operator active in investing alongside small Italian excellences, and Paolo Colonna, an investor with over 30 years of experience in the construction of industrial centers. Also present in the capital are Istituto Atesino di Sviluppo and the founders of the companies participating in the group who have reinvested in the project.

The acquisition aims to further expand Naturalia’s product portfolio and strengthen its presence in the professional channel already chaired by Effegilab as regards the world of beauty treatments (medical spas and beauty centers), in addition to production synergies and skills in natural world.
The company’s potential for expansion abroad is also important, in synergy with the other brands of the group: Sanecovit, specialized in cosmetics and detergents for large retailers; Bioearth, dedicated to cosmetics and supplements for herbalists and pharmacies; Effegilab, specialized in cosmetics for high-end hotels and spas and food supplements; and Di-Va which deals with the marketing in the pharmaceutical channel of cosmetic products and supplements both under its own brand and under third party brands.
With the entry of Togethair, whose turnover exceeds 3 million euros, of which over 70% abroad in more than 15 countries – mainly France, Korea and Eastern Europe -, the group will exceed 35 million euros. euro turnover for 2021.
