Two weeks ago, Uber launched the Teens function in the city of Córdoba, a solution designed to meet the needs of families by offering a tool for adolescents between 13 and 17 years old to travel under the supervision of responsible adults.
Now, the function is now available in the city of Río Cuarto, as reported by Uber to La Voz.
In this way, Río Cuarto is the second city in the province of Córdoba to have this function for the mobility of adolescents.

“Parents or guardians can invite dependent teenagers (between 13 and 17 years of age) to create an account in the Uber app that will allow them to request trips under supervision, traveling with the best qualified driver partners and with all the built-in security functions,” the company explained. And they added: “With Uber Teens we seek, through technology, to reconcile the peace of mind of fathers and mothers with the right measure of independence for teenage children, integrating all the safety functions that Uber offers in an always active way.”

How to set up an account from the responsible adult profile
Through the family profile in the Uber application, a parent or guardian can invite their teenager to create an account.
