Donation of Manuel Perruzza, hairdresser from Marsica
Avezzano. Donated the Christmas tree to the Medicine Department of the Avezzano hospital.
The donation was made by Manuel Perruzza, hairdresser, owner with his wife Sharon of the San Benedetto dei Marsi salon.
A year ago the city ward was turned into covid medicine, so the operators were forced to throw away everything including the Christmas tree.
Perruzza, who learned of a collection of money to buy all the Christmas decorations again to make the atmosphere of the hospitalization less burdensome for the patients during the Christmas holidays, immediately made himself available to donate the tree.
The department is led by the head physician Domenico De Blasis. The nurses, coordinated by Dr. Elena Nigri, together with doctors, trainees and social health workers are keen to thank Manuel Perruzza with great affection for the gesture of sensitivity.
