Last week the corona pandemic returned. At least it feels like it. Suddenly there was debate again about the meaning of measures and the justification of encroachments on fundamental rights. The reason was the publication of internal documents from the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) – the higher federal authority that was supposed to compile scientific findings during the pandemic in order to advise the government. The blog Multipolar, a website with a penchant for conspiracy myths, had requested the release of the minutes of the Corona crisis team at the RKI and published them last week.
