Stabilizations, replacements and health emergencies require the insertion of dozens of personnel
Recruitments by ASL and Sant’Anna continue as well as staff stabilization. For the definitive inclusion in the workforce of operators already in service in the two companies, Sant’Anna has just admitted “with reserve” an observer and a nurse (who will meet the requirements by the end of the year) and approved the ranking for any new stabilizations. In the autumn, meanwhile, that of the nurses’ competition will be completed with about a thousand admitted.
The ASL has just validated a ranking for the acquisition of an Endocrinology doctor, a pediatric surgery doctor, a neurosurgery doctor, a biologist from a medical genetics laboratory; an Endocrinology doctor will be stabilized at the end of December. The ASL has just hired 6 nurses for three years: one for the Argenta Hospital, 3 for a Cra Covid in Ferrara, 2 for the Casa della Salute in Ferrara.
On 12 August, Sant’Anna gave the green light to the indefinite enrollment of a doctor from the hospital’s medical management, an infectious disease doctor and 3 radiodiagnostics doctors.
A few days ago the ASL approved the hiring of 3 administrative assistants while the Sant’Anna, to deal with the Coronavirus emergency, conferred an independent work assignment to a doctor specializing in the penultimate year of pediatrics. A fixed-term contract was recently signed by the ASL with an occupational medicine doctor. Following the exit from the service of 2 pharmacists, Sant’Anna authorized the hiring of 2 pharmacy technicians for one year.
Meanwhile, the ASL formalized the hiring for a year of 2 doctors in specialist training in the discipline of Orthopedics and Traumatology; less than a month ago, the ASL also decided to hire 8 professional nurses for an indefinite period. New staff will be placed at the Cona hospital in the biomedical laboratory: 2 technicians with a one-year fixed-term contract. Sant’Anna has also reinforced the staff by hiring a physiotherapist, 2 nurses and 3 Nephrology doctors on an indefinite basis.
