AUSL Modena – IT update of the CUP system, Wednesday 20 March temporary suspension of bookings from 2.30pm to 4.30pm

Citizens are hereby informed that due to an IT update on the CUP application, from 2.30 pm to 4.30 pm tomorrow, Wednesday 20 March, it will not be possible to carry out operations such as booking, modifying or canceling specialist outpatient services, including those relating to the CIP of the Policlinico and Baggiovara (all channels including telephone and online), and pay the appointment ticket. The suspension, which will be temporary, will affect all available access systems: Cupweb, Electronic Health Record, ER Salute App, Pharmacies, Coop Health Corner and Call Center.

The Modena healthcare companies apologize for any inconvenience caused by the technical intervention, necessary for an update of the system.
