AUSL Modena – Zocca Community House, a meeting to begin a participatory journey with the citizens

The initiative is aimed at all citizens, local associations, informal groups, public and private sectors, pharmacies, parishes, schools, health, social and socio-health services professionals.

It will be an opportunity to learn about the ‘Casa Community Lab’ project – the regional project that defines innovative forms of participation of local communities, involving health, social and voluntary workers – and get to the heart of a participatory process to define the contents that will characterize the Zocca Community House. The structure, in addition to hosting the health services already present in the municipal area, including blood sampling point, nursing clinic, Cup desk, family counseling, pediatric vaccinations, mental health center, home nursing care, specialist clinics, will be home to the studies of general practitioners and paediatricians, with the introduction of the figure of the community nurse, a point of reference for health needs and integration with social services, and the introduction of telemedicine, which will allow for the creation of even more synergy closer with the network of specialists in the area and at the Vignola hospital.

The initiative will be attended by the mayor of Zocca, Federico Ropa; the Director of the Vignola Health District and Community Lab Group, Federica Casoni; the representative of the Health Promotion of the Vignola District, Claudia Baccolini; Claudia Bellucci from the Social and Health Integration Area; Romina Bertoni of the Planning Office of the Terre di Castelli Union; Samanta Gandolfi, coordinator of the Mountain Area Community House and Territorial Operations Centre; and Silvia Prampolini of the Volunteer Services Center – Csv Terre Estensi Odv.
