Prepare the surface
Make sure the toilet seat is free of any loose dirt, debris or debris before doing anything else. A damp towel or a soft-bristled brush can help here. The surface of your toilet seat is sensitive, so you should not use harsh cleaning products or scouring pads.

A solution of lemon juice and essential oil can remove yellow stains from a toilet seat. Because of its acidity, lemon juice helps remove limescale and yellow spots. To make your own spray, simply mix one ounce of lemon juice with a few drops of your preferred oil. Apply the mixture to the toilet seat using a spray bottle and let it sit for about 15 minutes. Then wipe the seat with plenty of clean water and make sure it is completely dry.
An unconventional cleaning agent – dishwashing tablets
It may surprise you, but you can also use dishwasher tablets to make your toilet seat look new again. In order to properly soak the seat, you must first remove it. Add two or three dishwashing tablets to a container of boiling water large enough to cover the seat. After soaking for a few hours, the yellow spots disappear as if by magic.
Clean the toilet seat again
To loosen the stains, wait a few minutes after applying the cleaning solution. Then use a towel or soft-bristled brush to gently clean the area. The toilet seat is delicate, so you should not scratch it too hard. A good cleaning works wonders for stubborn stains on your toilet.
