At international level

Regla García and Mireia Soba, both social workers from the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER), will attend the first EURORDIS work meeting entitled “Population Needs and Promotion” linked to Mental Health that will take place on February 15, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Numerous experts from different parts of the world in the field of psychology and medicine, as well as in the field of rare diseases, will attend the meeting. It will also be assisted by members who are part of the European Patient Advocacy Groups (ePAG) which represent to more than 28 European countries and represent the voice of patients in the European Reference Networks (ERN).

Throughout the day, topics such as the results of its “Rare Barometer Q3 2024” Survey for the needs of the population will be discussed and the activities proposed by EURORDIS in 2024 regarding mental health will be communicated. Everyone present will introduce themselves to communicate how they think they can contribute to the working group.
