Cybersecurity, TT Tecnosistemi takes over HM

by admin

The technology company TT Tecnosistemi announces that in the last few hours it has completed the acquisition of the cybersecurity company HM, whose name will be changed to A – 76. The operation is part of Tecnosistemi’s five-year industrial plan which, through a series of expansion and acquisitions, aims to become B-corp (Benefit corporation) by 2022. Tecnosistemi, a company based in Prato, employs 160 employees and closed 2020 with 45 million in revenues and an EBITDA of 7.2%. The latter figure is up by three percentage points compared to 2018.

Tecnosistemi’s five-year industrial plan envisages growth, not only internally, but also externally, through the acquisition of companies “of value and values”, particularly oriented towards eco-sustainability. In addition to cloud, infrastructures, management services, office operations and digital innovation, the Prato-based company also occupies the cybersecurity segment, judged to be similar to other business lines: securing data means securing patents, brands and production. The acquisition of HM is the first in 2021, an annuity in which a specific figure of manager with delegation to merger & acquisition was created, in the person of Matteo Zanotti.

“This is an important step for us”, comments Riccardo Bruschi, founder and CEO of Tt Tecnosistemi. «We tried to load with symbols – the name of the newly acquired company. ‘”A – 76″ is in fact the name of the largest Iceberg in the world, which broke away from an ice shelf in Antardide last May. In our vision this is the metaphor that connects to the concepts of risk awareness, to the desire to entrust our partners to certified skills for the management and protection of data: their corporate information and the value of their brand are our priorities. “.
