Endometriosis day: Federica’s story between diagnosis difficulties and impact on fertility

Three years to figure out the bellyaches and weight loss were due to endometriosis. Thus, Federica spent days and nights grappling with symptoms that prevented her from living as a girl her age but which were often dismissed simply as a cause of stress. On the occasion of World Endometriosis Day, Federica agreed to tell her story to make other women struggling with this disease understand that a ‘normal life’ is possible.
