Stroke of Engineering that rises to 100% of Cybertech, the first operator on a national scale and one of the main European players in Cybersecurity.

Since 2019 Engineering has held 51% of Cybertech; the acquisition of the remaining 49% is a confirmation of the commitment that the Italian multinational intends to strengthen in the development of the Cybersecurity offer for customers, at a time of growing market demand. Over the years the company has been able to establish itself in a very fragmented market as a reference operator in cybersecurity in terms of skills and size, registering constant growth and reaching almost 29 million euros in revenues in 2021. With customers in over 20 countries including Europe, United States and South America, Cybertech counts on more than 300 Cybersecurity specialists distributed in Italy, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Serbia and Spain, who work to protect over 20 petabytes of data from cyber threats, intercepting more than 120 every day billions of known vulnerabilities. The company is positioned in all segments of cyber security, with expertise in particular on Architecture Analysis, Identity and Access Management and Application Security, with projects that allow you to govern digital identities, block cyber attacks with Soc (Security Operations Center) driven by Artificial Intelligence, defend data, networks and infrastructures, guaranteeing a secure digital space for employees, customers and partners.

With the 100% transfer to Engineering, Cybertech will now strengthen the Group’s strategic skills in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and Soc (Security Operation Center), and will have the opportunity to focus on Advisory and Managed Services, considered among the areas of Cybersecurity that will see the greatest growth in the coming years, thus allowing the Group to have a leadership role in the IT security market. The new CEO at the helm of Cybertech will be Fabio Momola, Coo of the Engineering Group and also CEO of the subsidiary Engineering Dhub which controls the Group’s Cloud activities. Momola will succeed the founder Roberto Mignemi, who successfully led the company in domestic and European growth.
