William Shatner, the actor who drove the spaceship USS Enterprise on the set of Star Trek, was part of the crew of the Blue Origin spacecraft that left Texas for a suborbital flight that reached the edge of Space.
Shatner, 90, becomes the oldest person ever to fly in space, surpassing the record recently set by aviator Wally Funk, who at 82 participated – along with Bezos – in the first civilian-only Blue Origin flight.
