Legends that the regional bureaucrats want to dispel with the sound of public competitions with the starting intention clearly manifested. We start from Ancona, from the most important in rank, the general direction Asur. Two determined “Macerata” have just appeared in the praetorian register. The first concerns the Cingoli hospital: call for applications for the full-time and permanent recruitment of a post of medical director of Internal Medicine for the Cingoli hospital. The second determines is for the Camerino hospital: open competition, based on qualifications and exams, for the full-time and permanent coverage of three positions of medical director of Orthopedics. For this reason, the director of the Civitanova Emergency Department asked for the urgent activation of a procedure for the recruitment of a doctor to integrate the shortages of staff ».

One wonders if the procedure correctly followed in an emergency, the hiring of a non-specialist doctor in Emergency Medicine, is only feasible in Civitanova or also in the other emergency rooms in chronic lack of staff and which also show important numbers in terms of access.
