Three people in all fined in a fitness center in Cervignano del Friuli, as reported by the Messaggero Veneto online.
The carabinieri of the Nas of Udine, after a careful inspection to verify compliance with the anti-Covid legislation and protocols, they asked the three customers of the gym to show the Green Pass which, resulting in non-compliance with current legislation, have been fined.
The fine for violating this legislation amounts to € 400 each. The gym owner was also fined for failing to check.

However, the introduction of the Green Pass is only one of the many obstacles that fitness centers have to face after the long months of lockdown.
Many customers who still use the “lost time” through vouchers, while the costs for the maintenance of the structures have increased precisely due to the safety measures imposed by the legislation.
This and much more will be addressed in a meeting called by the Anif Trieste who also drafted a letter addressed to the President of the FVG Fedriga Region, and signed by over 60 instructors across the region.
