Former tronista of “Men and women,” Constantine Vitaliano, recently opened up about his battle with a serious health problem on the show “Verissimo.”
Vitaliano revealed that he has been struggling with an autoimmune disease, which has severely impacted his day-to-day life. “Until three months ago, I put my daughter on my shoulders and we went everywhere. I can’t do it now, and that hurts me,” he shared.
The father of Ayla, his daughter from a previous relationship, also spoke about his struggles with coming to terms with his illness. “It’s like the switch went off of my life. I’m trying to turn it back on and go back to seeing who I was,” he said.
Vitaliano expressed his unwavering determination to fight for his daughter, saying, “I have to do it for Ayla, I have to be there for her.” He also shared that the experience of being a father has been deeply impactful for him, as it reminds him of his own mother, who got sick when Ayla was born.
