Streaming games are becoming more and more popular, solving the problem that home games need a computer with powerful computing power to execute. As long as a high-speed network is required, games can be played with simple devices. Recently, Microsoft said it is developing a cheap streaming device that can be connected to the Xbox streaming game service for simple play.
Microsoft revealed that the Xbox streaming device, code-named “Keystone”, is similar to Chromecast and Google Stadia. It is small and can be directly connected to a TV via HDMI. After surfing the Internet, you can use your Xbox to play streaming games or watch streaming videos.
The actual product details and launch time are still unknown, but if listed, it will be a strong competitor to Sony and even Apple. The former has no similar products, and the latter is rumored to add more game functions to the next-generation Apple TV.
