Parkinson’s patient can walk again thanks to implant – health

Marc calls it his rebirth. For a good two years, the 63-year-old architect from Bordeaux has had an implant in his spinal cord that was developed by a team led by scientists from Lausanne and Bordeaux. Since then, the Parkinson’s patient has been able to walk again, six kilometers and without any major insecurities.
