Queen Letizia of Spain has Morton’s neuroma, what is it

The Queen of Spain Letizia is not having an easy time. She suffers from foot pain and has recently been diagnosed with Morton’s neuroma. This is a thickening of the tissue around one of the nerves in the toes.
