Ingredients:
Peel the lower third of the green asparagus and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean the peppers and spring onions and cut into pieces. Scrape the seeds out of the chillies and peel the garlic cloves. Finely dice both. Wash and finely chop the parsley or coriander.
Heat the olive oil in a high pan or in a wok and lightly fry the asparagus. Add some salt and sugar. Add the peppers, spring onions and chili and sauté as well. After 1-2 minutes add broth and garlic. Let everything stew for a few minutes and season with salt, pepper, sugar and a little lemon juice.
