Actor Roly Serrano remains hospitalized in the Intensive Care Unit of the High Complexity Medical Institute following a car accident near the city of Baradero. A new medical report released by his relatives on Wednesday detailed the 68-year-old patient’s condition, stating that he was admitted due to multiple traumas resulting from the accident.
The report indicated that Serrano is currently stable in the ICU, receiving mechanical respiratory assistance and inotropic support while in a pharmacologically induced coma. The family has requested that the next medical report be released on Thursday at 4 p.m.
Roly Serrano’s family expressed gratitude for the love and positive energy being sent to the actor during this challenging time. The accident occurred on Route 9 at kilometer 115 when Serrano rear-ended another vehicle, leading to a chest and skull trauma.
Despite the accident, Serrano had recently been on a national tour with his one-man show “Rolando,” which premiered in July 2023. Reports suggest that he had already performed in various parts of the country before the incident.
Additionally, it was revealed that Serrano showed a gesture of solidarity following the accident by checking on the well-being of others involved in the crash before his own condition worsened. The support and prayers for his recovery continue as the actor remains in intensive care.
